These project is located in a quiet spot just outside the village of Liapades and just 1 kilometer from the beach of Rovinia and almost the same distance to the main Liapades beach and all amenities.

The plot is planted with numerous olive trees and features views towards the sea and the bay.

There are two houses in the building permit and construction of one has already started. Each house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan kitchen /living area with a large patio door which leads out to the veranda and swimming pool and has beautiful views.
