This beautiful traditional olive grove is located just 800 metres from the sea in Almyros and just 3 kilometres from the center of Aharavi, where all amenities are available  .

The access to the estate is very easy as it is facing a tarmacked road which connects the main road to Aharavi with the old settlement of “Vasilika”. It contains 500 olive trees which have been cultivated strictly biologically, producing excellent quality olive oil. A borehole as well as a well provide water to the estate.

The terrain is fairly easy to deal with as the slopes are very mild.

Apart from the olive trees, the plot provides building capacity of 6000 square metres making suitable for other uses, such as developing as real estate or hotel!
