This single level house is located in a peaceful area just off the road which leads to Gouvia. The house is fenced off with a low stone build wall with cast iron railings on top. Th iron gate opens to a stone paved driveway which leads to the carport which is at the side of the house.

The house is slightly elevated and steps lead to a covered veranda and the main entrance of the property. The main entrance opens to the open plan kitchen/living area which features a patio door leading out to a comfortable covered veranda where there is an outside sitting area. High wooden ceilings and a functioning open fire add charm and coziness to the living area.

Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located in the West side of the house. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead out to a covered veranda. Steps from the veranda lead to the garden at the rear of the house.

The surrounding land is planted with old olive trees providing a beautiful country side peaceful environment. The resort of Gouvia is literally a mile away and all amenities can be found there, such as restaurants, commercial shops and super markets. In Gouvia there is also the International Marina where the current owner moors his boat enjoying sea escapes.
