The house is located in the traditional village of Synarades and has been beautifully renovated providing two bedrooms, a double and a single.

The ground floor features fully fitted kitchen, open plan dinning/living area and a shower room. The exposed stone, in one of the walls of the living area and the wooden beams on the ceiling, provide a sense of cosines and warmth to the house. A minimal wooden staircase leads on to the top level of the house where there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a second single bedroom. A bathroom with a shower completes this level.

The wooden roofing and floors in natural colors give charm to the rooms on this level.

The house features double glazed windows and wooden shutters.

The nearest swimming beach is Agios Gordios at just 5 minutes drive away. The village features a super market and grocery store as well as a couple of local tavernas.

There is a regular bas service to Corfu town and seasonal bus service to the beach of Agios Gordios.
